Dream Today Studios is a creative services brand operated by Dream Today, LLC. Contracts, publishing agreements, licenses, invoices, and other formal business documents identify the contracting business as Dream Today, LLC d/b/a Dream Today Studios.

Dream Today Studios provides book development, ghostwriting, editing, design, publishing, and related creative services depending on the package purchased. The rights you receive depend on your specific package and signed written agreement.
Dream Today Studios supports three distinct publishing paths. The path you choose is separate from the writing and development services in your package.
Publishing Assistance means Dream Today Studios provides guidance and helps prepare your completed book for self-publication according to the services included in your package. You remain the publisher and control your publishing account, ISBN choice, and book-sale proceeds unless you separately enter into a publishing agreement with Dream Today, LLC. Publishing Assistance does not mean the book is automatically published by Dream Today, LLC.
An optional upgrade for authors who want more extensive, hands-on publishing setup assistance beyond the basic guidance included in certain packages. The client remains the publisher, the client's publishing account remains under the client's control, book-sale proceeds are paid through the client's retailer/distributor account, and the client uses their own ISBN or an eligible platform-provided ISBN. A Dream Today, LLC ISBN is not assigned merely because this service is purchased.
A separate publishing option for authors who want Dream Today, LLC to serve as the publisher of their completed book. This establishes an actual publisher-author relationship governed by a separate publishing agreement and is subject to project review, acceptance, and a signed publishing agreement. When Dream Today, LLC is the contracted publisher, Dream Today may assign one of its ISBNs to an applicable edition. The ISBN identifies the publication under Dream Today, LLC's publishing operation and is not sold or transferred to the author. Different formats or editions may require different ISBNs.
Copyright ownership and publishing rights are established in the applicable signed agreement. Dream Today, LLC does not automatically own the author's book copyright simply because it publishes the book. For client-owned projects, the author may own the agreed copyright interests while granting Dream Today, LLC defined publishing rights.
For projects specifically contracted as client-owned books, the signed agreement will establish ownership of the completed manuscript and any necessary transfer of applicable copyright interests.
Merely paying for ghostwriting or development services does not automatically transfer copyright. Copyright transfer, where applicable, must be expressly stated in a signed written agreement.
For books accepted and contracted for publication through Dream Today Studios, Dream Today, LLC will serve as the publisher unless otherwise specified in the written publishing agreement.
Where appropriate, books may display "Published by Dream Today, LLC" or the approved publishing/imprint designation selected by Dream Today, LLC.
Being listed as the publisher does not automatically make Dream Today, LLC the copyright owner. Copyright ownership is determined by the written publishing agreement.
Clients commissioning biographies, memoirs, or life-story projects are responsible for providing accurate information and obtaining permission for photographs, documents, or third-party materials they provide when permission is legally required.
Dream Today, LLC should obtain written permission from the subject before commercially developing or publishing a biography or memoir project under an agreement with that person.
Publishing a book through Dream Today, LLC does not mean that every project uses the same royalty arrangement. Each publishing agreement will identify how book-sale revenue is collected, how the author's royalty is calculated, what compensation Dream Today, LLC receives as publisher, and when payments are issued.
Dream Today, LLC may receive compensation from both upfront publishing/development services and an agreed share of book-sale revenue when specified in the publishing agreement.
The specific royalty percentage, publisher share, Net Receipts calculation, reporting schedule, payment schedule, and publishing term are established in the signed agreement.
For Dream Today, LLC publishing agreements, royalty reporting is generally structured on a quarterly basis. Suggested reporting periods are:
Exact payment dates are not promised on this page and will be specified in the client's signed agreement. Internally, Dream Today, LLC may set the royalty percentage, publisher percentage, reporting period, payment due date, minimum payout threshold, Net Receipts definition, print cost deductions, retailer/distributor deductions, returns, refunds, taxes where applicable, and other agreed deductions.
Net Receipts generally means the money actually received from the sale of a book after the specific deductions identified in the publishing agreement. These may include retailer or distributor discounts, printing costs, returns, refunds, taxes, and other approved expenses.
The exact definition used for each project will be written in the publishing agreement. Vague or undefined expenses are not automatically deducted. Every deduction category must be clearly identified in the applicable agreement.
Dream Today, LLC supports more than one publishing arrangement. The applicable model is selected and agreed to for each project — a book-development client is not automatically enrolled in ongoing Dream Today, LLC publishing.
Used for projects where Dream Today, LLC remains the publisher and participates in ongoing book-sale revenue. The project agreement may include:
