At Dream Today Studios, every song we create is a fully custom, one-of-a-kind piece of work made specifically for you. Because of the deeply personal and labor-intensive nature of our services, please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
All sales are final once production has begun. Because our songwriters, vocalists, and producers invest significant time and creative energy from the moment your project is confirmed, we are unable to issue refunds after work has started.
Production begins after your consultation call is complete and your creative brief has been confirmed in writing.
If you need to cancel your order before your consultation call and before any production has begun, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase at dreamtodaystudios@gmail.com. We will review your request and issue a full refund at our discretion.
We are deeply committed to your satisfaction. Every package includes a set number of revision rounds to ensure the final song meets your vision. Revisions must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
If you feel the delivered song does not match the agreed-upon brief after all revision rounds have been used, please reach out to us directly. We will work with you in good faith to find a fair resolution — which may include additional revisions at no charge, a partial credit toward a future project, or another remedy at our discretion.
For clients on an Exclusive Rights payment plan: full ownership of the song transfers only upon receipt of the final installment payment. Payments already made are non-refundable. If you stop making payments, Dream Today Studios retains all rights to the song and previously made payments are forfeited.
Rush delivery fees are non-refundable once your order has been confirmed, as our team immediately prioritizes your project in the production queue.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and provide all relevant documentation to the payment processor. We strongly encourage you to contact us first — we're always happy to work toward a resolution.
