Contracts, publishing agreements, licenses, invoices, and other formal business documents identify the contracting business as Dream Today, LLC d/b/a Dream Today Studios.
Notice: These Terms & Conditions are general website terms and are not a substitute for a project-specific signed contract. Specific ownership, licensing, publishing, royalty, and intellectual-property terms are governed by the signed agreement applicable to each project. All language on this page is editable and should be reviewed by a licensed attorney before final publication.
Dream Today Studios is a creative services brand operated by Dream Today, LLC. Dream Today Studios is not a separate legal entity. All formal business documents identify the contracting business as Dream Today, LLC d/b/a Dream Today Studios.
Dream Today Studios is the customer-facing creative brand. Dream Today, LLC is the parent company. Timsha Banks is the founder of Dream Today, LLC and Dream Today Studios.
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Full payment is required before work begins unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing. Rush delivery add-ons must be paid at the time of order. For Exclusive Rights payment plans, full ownership transfers only after the final payment is received and a signed written transfer agreement is executed.

Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not offer refunds once production has begun. If you are unsatisfied after your included revisions, please contact us — we are committed to your satisfaction and will work with you to find a resolution. Each package includes a set number of revision rounds as listed on the pricing page. Revisions must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may be quoted separately.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely responses, and any required materials, approvals, or permissions. Delays in providing required information may affect delivery timelines.
Intellectual property and copyright ownership vary by service and are governed by the applicable service terms and/or signed project agreement. Purchasing a creative service does not automatically transfer copyright unless expressly stated in your signed agreement. The license and permitted uses included with your package are specified in your project agreement. Standard purchases are licenses to use, not copyright transfers. Exclusive rights and copyright transfers are quoted separately and documented in a signed written agreement.
Clients are responsible for obtaining any required permissions for third-party materials they supply, including photographs, documents, lyrics, audio, or video. Dream Today, LLC is not responsible for unauthorized use of third-party materials supplied by clients.
Dream Today Studios may use AI-assisted tools for vocal performance, production, and other creative tasks where applicable. All creative direction, lyrics, and arrangements are guided by our team. Standard delivery is 5–10 business days from the date of your consultation and confirmed brief. Rush delivery (72-hour) is available as an add-on. Timelines begin after we have all the information needed to begin your project. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees, unless stated otherwise in your signed agreement.
Final work is delivered upon client approval. Failure to respond to delivery or revision requests within a reasonable period may be treated as acceptance of the work as delivered. [Editable placeholder — insert attorney-approved approval terms here.]
For books accepted for publication, Dream Today, LLC serves as publisher unless otherwise specified in the written publishing agreement. Publishing terms, including copyright, royalties, term, and rights, are governed by that agreement. See our Book Publishing & Rights page for detail.

When you submit a request or place an order, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), and the details of your project. Payment information is processed directly by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
Your information is used solely to fulfill your order, communicate with you about your project, and send occasional updates about Dream Today Studios. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.
